Mary is from St Catharines, ON, graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College of Massage Therapy in 2006. Mary's background is in swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, hot stone treatment, infant massage and pre/post natal massage.

Having worked in high end spas, Mary has shown the ability to meet and exceed high expectations in the service and care she provides for her clients. From her clinic experience, she has proven to treat effectively, a wide range of ailments including sports injury, acute pain and chronic pain management.

Mary encourages communication with clients to provide a treatment plan that is most beneficial to them.

Mary believes massage can be beneficial for a multitude of situations, whether for treatment of an existing condition, as a preventative tool, or for pure indulgence of relaxation.    She is currently certified in teaching Infant Massage and specializes in pre/post natal massage. Having a baby 11 months old herself, has shown her firsthand how important having massage during and after pregnancy is, and how a baby can benefit from massage.  She is working towards being certified in instructing Yoga and Reiki, as she believes it's important to not only take care of you self physically and mentally but spiritually as well.
